Hygiene & Return Policy
At Bold & Classy, your health, safety, and comfort are our top priorities. As a premium seamless innerwear brand, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality control.
1. Strict No-Return Policy on Innerwear
Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any innerwear items once the packaging has been opened or the product has been tried on.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Every piece is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide an unboxing video and clear photographs of the defect.
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the exact same item. The defective item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact.
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched from our facility. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
