Shipping Policy

We offer PAN-India shipping. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location.


Privacy Note: To protect your privacy, all orders are shipped in 100% Discreet, Plain Packaging with no brand name or product description on the outer box. The billing descriptor will strictly show our parent entity Bhairav Ventures.


Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we follow a Strict No-Return Policy on all innerwear and lingerie products.

Exceptions: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will happily exchange it for you. Please record an unboxing video and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
